BrightCore Pro began in 2020 when our founders, experienced restaurant operators in Kilkenny, faced the same menu management headaches that plague food businesses everywhere. Constant price changes, outdated printed menus, and the complexity of managing multiple locations led to lost revenue and frustrated customers.
Rather than accept these challenges as inevitable, we decided to build a better solution. Working closely with local restaurants, cafes, and pubs, we developed a system that addresses real operational needs whilst being simple enough for busy staff to use during service.
